Step 1
Work your cheeks and jaw for about a minute using gentle upward circles—chin to ear, lips to ear, and nose to temples, about 30 seconds per side.
Step 2
Move to the eyes for about 15 seconds, gliding from inner to outer corners, then sweep down the sides of the face to the neck.
Step 3
For the forehead, spend about 20 seconds moving upward from the eyebrows to the hairline with soft, even strokes.
Step 4
If you want a final pass, spend about 25 seconds going over the entire face with light circular motions to blend everything together.
